SCULPTURE & PAINTING

Since moving to the NSW South Coast I have paid more attention to the sculpture and painting side of my practice.

Perhaps working in an environment which is fully at the mercy of the elements has evoked a response.

Three dimensional works, currently in wood and sheet copper, some figurative, some narrative, some kinetic, have become my favoured expression. This is supplemented by works on paper - watercolour and gouache - exploring the interaction of the Woodhill landscape with its inhabitants.

The Gerringong environment will no doubt exert new influences on my work.
